Above the coworking office, there is another office floor and private flats in the top part of the villa. In addition, the garden with pavilion, pool and jacuzzi provides a unique location, which can be booked additionally.
Meeting / Telephone rooms
The meeting room can be used as an interactive conference room. It offers space for up to 10 people. In addition, it can be converted into a lecture room with seats for up to 35 people.
Kitchen with sitting area
Another communal space for lingering and mutual exchange is provided by the spacious kitchen with sitting area.

The bench offers enough space to work outside in good weather or to enjoy the breaks together: for a meal or a group BBQ.
Surroundings
Park Ruhwald – a green oasis next to the villa. It offers the perfect opportunity to relax during the lunch break, go for a long walk to recharge your batteries and clear your head.
Directions
The exit of the A100 motorway is only a few minutes drive from the villa. The bus stop M45 is located directly in front of the villa with connections to the S & U Bahn network. There are plenty of free parking spaces available at all hours in the day and night time.
