Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is available to the office tenants and is included in the rental price. Especially in summer, this area invites you to relax and enjoy a meal during the breaks.
Protected from the wind and the view, framed by lots of greenery, the outdoor sitting area is located directly next to a park. It also has its own garden restroom.
The extraordinarily long bench allows even larger groups to get together comfortably and offers sufficient space during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Outdoor BBQ kitchen
Our BBQ kitchen is fully equipped with BBQ tools, refrigerator and dishwasher. It also offers another covered seating area with tables, chairs and lounge furniture.
The outdoor area also includes the villa’s extensive garden, which was designed in Zen style. This one separates both areas, allows privacy and invites you to rest and relax. The city garden, which is also tranquil, extends behind the stone wall.
